Send a private report
For adults and parents. If you are under 18, ask an adult to send the report for you. No game account, purchase or Discord membership is needed.
This helper only prepares an email on your device. It sends nothing until you review and send it in your email app. You can also write directly to support@galileogamestudio.com. Do not include a child's name, passwords, receipts with personal details, advertising IDs or security exploit details in public posts.
Read the privacy notice for your game on the support page. We do not upload this form, attach diagnostics, use a tracking ID or store your draft in this website.
Bug rewards: being prepared
The reward program is not open yet. Reports are welcome now, but there is no automatic reward for submitting a report or testing a beta. We are preparing rewards for confirmed new production bugs, with duplicate checks and clear limits. No purchase, positive feedback, App Store review, rating or Discord membership will be required. Apple approval and offer eligibility must be in place before production reward codes can be distributed.
Discord community
The Galileo Gaming server is being configured. We will publish an invitation after the rules, moderation and feedback channels are ready. Discord is optional and has its own minimum age of at least 13, or higher where local law requires it. Younger players can ask a parent to contact us privately.
Security or payment problem?
Email support privately. Do not post account details, full receipts, working exploits or information about children in a public channel. For an Apple refund, use Report a Problem.
